Pastoring is not the work of the pastor alone, but we are a body of believers surrounded by a community, and it is the social responsibility of the Church to empower new leaders. Community engagement, volunteers, partnerships, and donors are essential as they provide intrapreneurship(s), mentoring, leadership opportunities, and life-changing ventures that disembarrass poverty and add value and capacity building.
